EPA Proposes Stringent Emissions Standards on Automakers in Effort to Reduce Pollution
This week, the Environmental Protection Agency proposed new standards for cars in an effort reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The EPA wants to reduce auto emissions by 56 percent by 2032 and will target companies with regulatory penalties who do need meet the new standard.
