Cheddar's Brad Smith heads to Tough Mudder HQ in Brooklyn to work out with TMHQ senior manager, Chris Maltbie. Tough Mudder is announcing new locations of its fitness studio franchise, with Tough Mudder Bootcamp locations in Massachusetts, Nevada, and Texas. Maltbie says the new locations will offer extra motivation to anyone who steps through the doors. Maltbie explains all of the Tough Mudder Bootcamp workouts are designed to be "drop-in" ready. While you can work out with Tough Mudder as much or as little as you want, Maltbie recommends working out with them at least twice a week if you want to run a Tough Mudder race.
