*By Britt Terrell* sOAZ is back. Paul Boyer, a.k.a. sOAZ, the former starting top laner for Team FNATIC, was sidelined with a hand injury during the Spring Split season of eSports' League of Legends. But while the veteran player is healed and back in action, he's fighting to reclaim his starting spot with Team FNATIC. "I think can learn from a lot of things, especially in terms of communication, a lot of small details," said Boyer. Cheddar caught up with sOAZ in the wake of the team's unsuccessful run in the Mid-Season Invitational. He spoke about the future of FNATIC as the team heads into the Summer Split. "I think we're just looking to have a complete, like six-man roster," he said. "I think we're just going to see more play of both Bwipo and I during the season." Gabriël "Bwipo" Rau moved into the starting top laner position after sOAZ was injured. In a recent interview, Bwipo [talked about his relationship](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3D4j2pOYco) with sOAZ since moving into the starting spot. "Since what happened with the injury it's been really difficult for me to approach him, Bwipo said. sOAZ also speaks about his fans in the wake of his accident. "Most of the fans have been very supportive for me," he said. "It was pretty bad times so i'm pretty grateful of the fans sending like nice messages." sOAZ left Korea only a few weeks ago, training for the upcoming season. "I didn't see much play so I wanted to go to Korea to get to play the game a bit, practice as much as possible," adding "I had a bit of time off, a lot of practice. I'm feeling a lot better, back to normal right now." For the full interview, [click here](https://cheddar.com/videos/soaz-is-back-and-ready-for-the-summer-split).
