Gersh Kuntzman, deputy politics editor at Newsweek, discusses President Trump's request for the Justice Department to ban bump stocks, devices that turn legal guns into machine guns. Kuntzman calls the announcement by the president the "lowest of low-hanging fruit," and says Trump is trying to show that he is taking some kind of action on guns.
