*By Max Godnick* The Philadelphia rapper and die-hard 76ers fan Freeway wants LeBron James to take his talents to the City of Brotherly Love. "I don't know what it's going to take, but we need to make it happen," Freeway said Tuesday in an interview with Cheddar. Though his [prediction](https://revolt.tv/stories/2018/05/03/freeway-rejoices-meek-mills-release-predicts-championship-76ers-070043767d) that his hometown team would win the NBA championship failed to come true, and James's Cleveland Cavaliers fell to the Golden State Warriors in the finals, Freeway said the future could be bright for player and team if they joined forces. "It would be amazing for the city," said Freeway. "We have so much young talent on the team and I think LeBron could really come over there and shape it and make it happen." James can become a free agent at the end of the month if he chooses to opt out of his current contract with Cleveland. According to the odds-making site [Bovada] (https://www.si.com/nba/2018/06/11/lebron-james-free-agency-odds-lakers-76ers-rockets-cavs-knicks), the Los Angeles Lakers have the best shot at landing James, with the Sixers close behind. Freeway has been vocal proponent of all sorts of causes dear to his city. He supported fellow Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill's release from prison in April after almost five months of a two-to-four year sentence for violating his probation. Freeway said he hopes his friend's ordeal can help in reforming the criminal justice system. "You see what Meek went through and he's a millionaire and you see how long it took him to get some justice and get out," said Freeway. "So imagine a person that doesn't have anything." Gametime, a website and app for last-minute tickets, says the average ticket price for the NFL's championship game is $9,502.50, with the most expensive seats costing nearly $38,000. That's a far cry away from the average ticket price of the first-ever Super Bowl in 1967, which was only $12. The average ticket price increased by more than $8,000 in just the past decade.
