One Good Thing: Yale Honors Girl Who Neighbor Called Police On for Spraying Spotted Lanternflies
Nine-year-old Bobbi Wilson of New Jersey has caught the attention of the Yale School of Public Health for her commitment to exterminating spotted lanternflies. Last year, while spraying the bugs in her neighborhood, a neighbor called police on the little girl.
In the middle of a military base outside Mexico City, an army colonel runs what he calls a kindergarten for dogs. Puppies that one day will become rescue dogs, or sniffer dogs for drugs or explosives, get their basic training here, at Mexico’s Army and Air Force Canine Production Center.
