One Good Thing: Students Finally Get Graduation 70 Years Later
A university for deaf students in Washington, D.C. held a ceremony for two dozen students who over 70 years ago were forced to attend segregated schools and never received their diplomas.
St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter joked in a tweet on Saturday that there would be no fine. The library, like many across the country, stopped charging late fees in 2019.
