In an industry that in inundated and oversaturated with male representation, the industry is budding for women. "As a woman, coming into a fitness club such as Lifetime [Fitness] and seeing another female, especially a female training, it can be very inspiring," Samantha Harris, Lifetime Fitness trainer, said.
