On A Positive Note: Black Women Firefighters Make History as First Female Captains
Two Black Connecticut women have made history becoming the first female captains of the Bridgeport Fire Department. Capt. Monique Pettyway-Moore and Capt. Necole Dundy Pittman joined 'On A Positive Note' to talk about the historic achievement and how they were able to trailblaze such a path.
There has been a movement during the fall to leave the leaves rather than breaking up falling leaves and putting them in garbage bags to send to a landfill.
