New York Expands Regulations for Adult-Use Marijuana Dispensaries
The slow growing market for adult-use recreational marijuana in New York has pushed a new set of regulations aimed at accelerating the industry but the plan is being admonished by many. Under the approved measures, the state will dole out 50 additional adult-use retail dispensaries and medicinal establishments looking to expand their offerings will have to pay $20 million to enter the adult-use market.
