Justice Dept. Appealing Length of Proud Boys Sentences
The Justice Department is appealing the prison sentence of the lengths of four Proud Boys leaders who were convicted in the January 6th Capitol attack.
The law, signed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, prohibits people from carrying concealed guns in 26 places including public parks and playgrounds, churches, banks and zoos.
