From the K-pop x hip-hop mash-up we didn't know we needed to the latest 'Mission' to break the box office, here's what's happening in entertainment.

Jung Kook x Latto

Here is an unexpected collaboration to get your weekend going: BTS's Jung Kook and Atlanta's very own Latto.

Jung Kook just dropped his first major solo single titled Seven and leaned on the rapper for some spice. The new song comes during a BTS hiatus, while members complete mandatory military duties in South Korea and work on their own projects. Jung Kook told Variety he's excited about the release of the single but isn't pressured by making a massive hit.

"We thought about who would be the best rapper for this summer song, and one of the producers recommend Latto. So, we reached out to her, and she gladly agreed to work together for Seven. I personally like her rapping voice, and I thought her voice adds another layer of liveliness," he said.

Book of HOV

New York City's Brooklyn Public Library is putting the spotlight on one of its own with a new immersive exhibit featuring Jay-Z.

The exhibit is called The Book of HOV and its purpose is to pay homage to the global impact that Jay-Z has had as an artist, entrepreneur and philanthropist. The exterior of the building has some of his most iconic verses scribed from top to bottom and the interior features tons of artifacts, rare photos, and some of his most memorable magazine covers. There's even a replica of the interior of the Baseline Studios, where he recorded albums like The Blueprint and The Black Album.

Visitors also have the opportunity to snag 13 different limited edition library cards, which feature art from each of his albums. The exhibit will be open for a limited time.

Before its release, the film was projected to make $90 million in its first five days. There is still a mountain to climb, as the film's budget was a staggering $290 million

The seventh installment of the Mission franchise follows Ethan Hunt and his pursuit of a weapon that could destroy the world.
