The City of Philadelphia is closely monitoring its drinking water following a chemical spill that occurred on Friday night. The city said three different chemicals leaked into the Delaware River after a latex factory spill. The city said it's confident the water is safe through the end of today, because the water currently in the taps was treated before the spill reached philadelphia.
